Veterans Print Returns to Independent Ownership
Same leadership, same team and the Veterans Print name
WOODRIDGE, Ill. - August 21, 2026 - Veterans Print, a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business founded in 2003 by decorated U.S. Marine Corps veteran Jim Capuano, announced today that it has returned to independent ownership and will once again operate under the Veterans Print name.
After 15 years as part of the Phoenix organization, Jim Capuano and JB Capuano have acquired Phoenix's remaining ownership interest in Phoenix-Veterans Print. Craig Rehr, Dan Kotas, and Bob Pawlicki join them as principals of the company.

A Seamless Transition
For clients and suppliers, day-to-day operations will remain unchanged. Although ownership has changed, the leadership team and employees remain in place, so clients will continue working with the same people they know and trust.

Veterans Print serves clients nationwide with commercial printing, packaging, retail graphics, large-format printing, fulfillment, and logistics services.
From its Woodridge facility, the company manages projects from design and prepress through production, fulfillment, and final delivery. Veterans Print serves companies of all sizes and remains committed to the personal service and attention that have defined the business since its founding.
